The Bible uses the phrase that ‘Jesus was risen’. It doesn’t mean he rose at that moment on the first day of the week. It means he was already risen at some prior point. Agree with the words on the page. He was risen, he had been risen, so he was risen previously.
There are no commas or punctuation in the Greek text. The insertion of commas in modern scripture leads to a misunderstanding of the truth. If you remove the commas, you can reverse the text 180 degrees and know the actual facts and truth.
